How much does your service cost?

Our pricing is based off of yard size, the number of dogs and the frequency of visits. Please visit our rates page for more details.

How am I charged?

We bill once a month to best serve you on the 1st of the month

How do I begin service?

Do you require a contract?

No! The continuation and growth of our business is built upon customer satisfaction, not contractual obligations. You can stop service at any time by e-mailing us at [email protected] or calling us at (469) 405-7667 at least 24 hours before your next scoop.

How often do your pooper scoopers visit my yard?

That is entirely up to you! Part of our pricing is based off of the frequency of our pooper scooper visits. Our team can visit one-time, every other week, weekly or twice weekly.

Is there an extra charge for a first-time cleanup?

If there has been an extended period of time since your yard has been cleaned, there may be an extra charge for your first visit. Please contact us for more details via email or by calling 303-810-1993 for us to give you a more accurate quote.

Do you offer one-time only services?

We do! If you would like a one-time service visit for a party or social gathering, please contact us at least 3 business days prior to your event. Pricing may vary.

How does your Re-DOO guarantee work?

We ensure 100% satisfaction from our clients! If for any reason you are unhappy with any work performed, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning at 303-810-1993 or e-mail us at . We will return to the yard within 24 hours to re-DOO the job, otherwise we will issue you a credit for the visit.

Are you licensed and insured?

We are licensed and fully insured. For our customers’ peace of mind, we also never use third-party contractors—all of our pooper scoopers are background checked and drug tested before joining our team.

Do you run your service year-round?

Yes! Even in the winter, dogs will still poop, so we will still scoop. We want to make sure you have a clean yard for your dogs at all times. please note extreme snow or rain may effect days scooped

Do you run your service on holidays?

To allow our pooper scoopers to have time with their families, we do not offer pickup services on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Black Friday
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas

If your service date falls on a holiday, we will contact you the week before to discuss scheduling changes. Due to our scooper work load on holiday weeks, we may skip (rather than reschedule) cleanings that fall on a holiday.  If you will be out of town for the holidays, please notify us at least one week in advance so that you will not be charged for any visit(s) that week.

Can I choose my service day?

In order to keep our prices low, we arrange the days of our weekly routes based off of geographical location (much like how your trash service operates). For this reason, we cannot guarantee a regular service day for you if our team is not in your area that day.  However, if you have a special one-time event or party that will require a cleaning to be more specifically timed that week, please reach out to our team as far in advance as possible at (469) 405-7667 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
